New Models for Digital and Creative Education

FUTURAMA promotes the development of foundational STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) skills among high school students aged 14 to 17 across the provinces of Agrigento and Trapani (Sicily).
The educational module “CommonsHood – Blockchain for Local Communities” focuses on blockchain technology, its civic and community applications, and collaborative and circular economies. Drawing from the experiences of CommonsHood and the COSO project, students participate in the complete co-design, testing, and pilot implementation of a blockchain-based civic platform, enabling a school-level “Library of Things.”
